I started writing PHP. Then I designed architectures. Then I led products. After 15 years, I've come to understand that the best products are built by people who've lived all three layers — the code, the system, and the human problem.
Today I lead product delivery at Pi R Square, where I help enterprises and SMEs build digital solutions that actually work. I specialize in translating ambiguity into clarity — and then shipping it.
What genuinely excites me right now is AI. Not as a feature to bolt on, but as a lens through which I rethink how products are scoped, built, and run. I've already integrated LLMs and automation into my own workflows — and I'm just getting started.
